1. About KGameShop
KGameShop ("we", "our", "the App") provides digital game top-up and related services. By creating an account or using the App at https://kokhantgaming.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility & Account
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure.
- You may enable Step 2 (Authenticator) for extra login security.
- You may delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete Account.
3. Services & Orders
- Game top-ups are digital goods delivered to the Player ID / UID you enter. Double-check IDs before paying.
- Wallet top-ups require a valid payment slip; approval is subject to verification.
- Completed digital deliveries are generally non-refundable except where delivery failed and we refund balance, or as required by law.
- We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent or violate game publisher rules.
4. Payments & Balances
Wallet balances (MMK / THB) are store credit for purchases inside KGameShop. Unused balances are not transferable for cash unless we expressly agree. Prices may change. Currency conversion rates shown in the App are for reference when applicable.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use stolen payment methods or forged slips
- Abuse APIs, bots, or exploit bugs
- Resell services in violation of publisher or local law
- Harass staff or other users
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
6. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is". Game publishers control in-game items; we are not affiliated with Mobile Legends, PUBG, Free Fire, or other third-party games unless stated. We are not liable for losses from wrong Player IDs, publisher outages, or force majeure beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
